Return and Refund Policy for Nordenbeauty Products purchased from the Nordenbeauty.com / infrablanket.com / infrared-blanket.com online store are subject to the warranty and return regulations outlined in the European Union consumer laws. Right of Withdrawal The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the product within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us of their decision to return the product within 14 days. Please send an email to info@nordenbeauty.com with your order number and name. Conditions for Returns The returned product must be unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. For hygienic reasons, used or tested infrared sauna blankets cannot be returned, except in cases where the product is defective or faulty. Before purchasing, please review the product’s contraindications listed on the product page to ensure it meets your needs. Return Costs The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective, faulty, or does not match the order. Refund Process Refunds for returned products will be issued to the customer immediately, but no later than 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification. In addition to refunding the product cost, the initial delivery costs will also be reimbursed. Dispute Resolution If the customer is dissatisfied or a dispute arises, they may refer the matter to the Consumer Protection Board’s Consumer Disputes Committee. This committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the purchase agreement if the disputed product’s value exceeds €20. The review process by the committee is free of charge.
